BLADE CARRIAGE

  • Ribbed, extra thick steel structure to ensure cutting precision and stability.
  • Separate blade ascent, structure assembled on precision recirculating-ball prismatic guides.
  • Automatic adjustment of main blade projection on 2 levels, based on the thickness of the material being worked.
  • Optimised carriage run, the blade carriage automatically adjusts its position based on the width of the panel being worked, reducing the cycle times.
  • Cutting direction towards the guide rail pack for greater stability of the workpieces.
  • Pinion and rack feeding system, ensuring: no lubricating, quiet, measuring precision, high speeds possible.
  • The carriage travels along tempered, ground cylindrical guides with scrapers for cleaning. Maintenance-free and highly durable over time. Carriage driven by a static inverter, 3-70 m/min standard speed range. Speed adjustment can be set with a program and varied from the operator’s station during working.
  • “Quick-Shift” quick blade change system. Blades easy and quick to replace.
  • Spindles pressurised with compressed air to prevent dust getting into the bearing housing while simultaneously helping to cool the spindle.
  • Manual adjustment of the scoring unit from outside, also possible when the blades are moving.

PRESSER

  • Pressure bar driven by two pneumatic cylinders, with torsion bar and double rack to ensure tightening uniformity and parallelism across the entire cutting width.
  • Optimised presser ascent based on the thickness and number of panels. This means that ascent and descent times can be reduced, saving time with the cutting cycle.
  • Grippers infeed opening to minimise cutting scraps.
  • Scratch-proof coating on the surface that comes into contact with the panel.
  • Pneumatically controlled automatic rear aligner on a recirculating-ball prismatic guide, with a useful travel of 1200 mm and a minimum alignable workpiece of 60 mm.

PUSHER

  • Extra thick H-shaped pusher axis supporting cross elements.
  • Double rack transmission by means of the torsion bar. Maintenance-free, it allows high movement speeds and perfect parallelism with respect to the cutting axis.
  • Measure reading system with magnetic tape, 0.1 mm degree of accuracy, wear and maintenance-free.
  • Forward speed of motion of the pusher limited to 25 m/min according to standards.
  • Return speed 40 m/min on the load.
  • Sturdy pneumatically controlled grippers; pressure can be regulated from the operator’s workstation. Top clamp coated with a scratch-proof material.
  • Supporting table on wheels in scratch-proof material, mounted on extruded aluminium sections.

“ILENIA” CONTROL SOFTWARE allowing the following modes:

  • MANUAL MODE: Axes moved in the manual mode.
  • SEMI-AUTOMATIC MODE: Executes cuts with different measurements.
  • REPETITIVE MODE: Executes longitudinal cuts, useful for saving scraps.
  • AUTOMATIC-EDIT PANEL MODE: Executes cutting programmes and cutting lists.
  • LIST MODE: To retrieve existing cutting programmes on file and carry them out in sequence.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

  • Cutting lists can be programmed while working.
  • Automatic cycles can be interrupted to cut in the semi-automatic mode and then continue with the automatic cycle at the point it was interrupted.
  • Software for managing standard format labels, printing the bar code.
